The Commercial Real Estate Council of Metro Little Rock was founded in 2019 to promote and support all segments of commercial real estate. Groups, individuals, and companies representing development, property management, multi-family, finance, law, construction, and other industries have facilitated engagement, education, and networking for commercial real estate professionals in the metro Little Rock area.

Make important connections with professionals in all the industries that are associated with commercial real estate in metro Little Rock. Programs at informal social gatherings and special events offer the opportunity to meet with brokers, contractors, bankers, architects, designers, attorneys, engineers, closing agents, and others related to commercial real estate. CREC offers a unique opportunity for women CRE professionals to network at a Women in Real Estate Brunch.

CREC hosts quarterly programs with topics such as commercial real estate trends, recent deals, market changes, economic development projects and status, and other information to help members stay up-to-date on the metro Little Rock market. These sessions regularly highlight new projects and can include tours of buildings as well as discussions of the development, financing, and construction processes.

In addition to networking events, CREC recognizes the significant commercial real estate achievements as well as the largest sales and lease deals of each year at an Annual Awards ceremony. The buildings of metro Little Rock are highlighted in the enormously popular Photo Scavenger Hunt. These social events provide another opportunity to get to know other commercial real estate professionals in a relaxed atmosphere while celebrating the successes of the past year.
