CRE AWARD NOMINATIONS

A vibrant commercial real estate industry is vital to the health and economic development of any market. Metro Little Rock is an example of that vibrancy with a deep range of successful transactions. 

 

Each year Commercial Real Estate Council of Metro Little Rock recognizes the previous year's highest volume completed sales and new lease transactions in metro Little Rock. Sale transactions are based on dollar amounts and lease transactions are based on square footage. Nominations may be submitted using the forms below. Supply the requested information for each transaction. There is no limit on the number of transactions or types of deals to be submitted.

  • Maybe it was a public/private partnership?

  • Maybe it had historical or architectural significance?

  • Maybe it was a collaborative effort that yielded substantial savings or revenue?

 

The Project of the Year acknowledges the entire team that worked together AND will be recognized as one that is set apart from other transactions. Brokers, engineers, architects, contractors, attorneys, banks, and title companies all contribute to successful commercial real estate in metro Little Rock.

 

If you were part of a team on a new development or redevelopment project that you think is notable, you are invited to submit it for consideration as the CRE Project of the Year. Award winners will be recognized in front of their peers at the annual Commercial Real Estate Awards.

PERSON OF THE YEAR

The Commercial Real Estate Council of Metro Little Rock’s Person of the Year Award recognizes a person who has had a noteworthy and significant impact on the industry in a single year. Candidates for the CREC MLR Real Estate Person of the Year must have completed a significant project or provided a significant service in the past year. Nominations will be judged on the impact of the person’s project or service on the community, civic organizations, as well as partnerships, creativity and leadership displayed. The following areas will be considered in determining the Real Estate Person of the Year award.

 

  • Quality of projects and services

  • Financial consistency and stability

  • Ability to adapt to market conditions

  • Support of the commercial real estate industry

  • Support of the community

  • Sustainability

  • Economic impact 

  • Innovation
